There used to be a way to set up exceptions for spam/junk emails. You could specify a sender, a website, a subject, etc. I have one colleague whose emails are often marked as spam or junk, and I would like to stop it. I have looked through Thunderbird Options and Account Settings, and I haven't been able to find the place where you can add the exceptions. Can anyone help me?

You can set up a whitelist for a sender by adding them to your address book. Which address book/s is specified in account settings in the junk settings list entry for the account. The default is only the personal address book if my memory serves.
