Firefox not showing in "Open with" popup

When trying to open an .html local file I see Chrome and a few other apps but NOT Firefox as choices. I tried clearing defaults for Firefox and chrome in their respective apps pages.

It's funny, earlier, I was seeing Firefox show up in the open with list... but now NOT.

I tried reinstalling Firefox.
