How come there is no e-mail tab or how do I look at my e-mail?

I am a novice with FIREFOX, web and computers; it looks like Firefox all loaded up fast & Ok...I did not make Firefox my default browser at this time. I am going to get to know all about Firefox eventually, but at this time I do not see an E-mail tab to open up my e-mail at ATT.net. Did I do something wrong or need to do something ? I appreciate the help ! Thank You !
