Some useful info.

It could be your Anti-Virus. eg: kaspersky https://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?/topic/375221-you-are-about-to-override-how-thunderbird-identifies-this-site/

eg: Avast https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1066126

Check your inbound server name has not been changed / is up to date and correct.
