cant open or import old thunderbird emails from sbd folders with email / smf files

Windows 10 REMOVED ALL MY EMAILS AND i HAD TO REINSTALL Thunderbird BUT THOUGH i FOUND ALL MY ACHIEVES (sbd folders with msf and associated (email) file I cant open or import. Please help

You can install this add-on. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools/

Note, files containing the actual mail have no file extension.
