HAVE LOST ICON FOR ADDRESS BK, "WRITE" "SEND" ETC.

The top of my Email page in Thunderbird normally includes an icon for my address book. I think I clicked on Tool, menu, and as a result have lost the address book icon and have to go through quite a performance to find the names and addresses etc. Does anyone know how I can get it back please??? With that, I also lost my "Write" etc. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks, Churchanne
