Bookmarks less than 5,000, still not syncing to android?

I have reduced the number of Firefox bookmarks (to my horror and pain) to well under 5,000, I have disconnected the account from both PC and phone, uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox for Android. I have unchecked the options on the PC and the phone, and I have restarted both, and then rechecked the options. However, booksmarks are still not showing on my phone.

Hi Firefox,

I have 4 devices, three phones and one computer, and three of my devices are syncing, but my newest phone is not, can someone please come back on this? I have cleared my account from this device, unistalled and reinstalled firefox, still nothing. I have confirmed that I have less than 5,000 bookmarks. What am I missing? Do I have to many accounts?
