Hello Everyone,

I now do have the VPN button on my toolbar but when I click on "Turn On VPN" nothing happens. I am logged in in my Firefox profile through the VPN settings under Privacy and Security.

I am on Mac OS 15.7.7, Firefox 151.0.1.

Why am I not able to turn on the VPN?

I cannot get the free VPN to turn on. It keeps looping me back to sign in and then tells me to turn it on and then it loops back to the sign in and continues to loop

Why is Firefox sending me email msg's saying to try the new firefox VPN when It doesn't seem to be available to me? It's not in the upper right corner as they state and it's not in the toolbar either which they also say it's suppose to be in!

Hi, I'm in Canada and have Firefox fully updated and yet I cannot see the free VPN Icon in the upper right corner of the browser. I have checked the article on why it may not be there, but I am not a part of the studes nor enterprise issues. Furthermore I have signed out and signed back into Firefox. Any idea why I cannot access this feature?

I'm using version 151.0.1 (64-bit) in France. I don't see the VPN configuration prompt in the top-right corner of my Firefox toolbar, nor do I see the VPN icon in the toolbar… What should I do, please?

Due to unclear wording in the guide to your VPN, I'm a little at a loss for how it works.

So there's a 50 GB cap a month, but we can.... subscribe to get more? But I already had to subscribe to access the feature- I was literally given no other means of activation.

Do I have unlimited data now? Do I only have 50 GB? Do I need to pay for more data should I choose to opt for more?

Clarification for both myself and the guide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

When I click "VPN," i get a box with a button that says "get started." I click "get started" and it prompts me to sign in. I'm already signed in, so I click continue, and I get a message that says "sign in successful! Now turn on VPN" and the VPN box comes back up with the "get started" button. This sends me in an endless loop. I never get the button that actually lets you turn on VPN. What is going wrong?

all the routes off the icon lead to "installation and download links" have done both actions with the same result of red dot and NO access to the free vpn...frustration is gaining steam! I have found the button to turn vpn on and off but even closing the browser after closing nor leaving it on has helped activate the service!!!

Please help, old but not too ignorant!!

I saw that Firefox offers a free VPN with 50 GB per month. However, when I try to sign in and activate it, I only see subscription options. How can I access the free version?

Since a long Time i see Advertisements with Mozilla VPN for free. For shure not a real VPN but ... all Sites that i open with Mozilla should be bether protected. I never found this option and i think its again for "selected" Users. So i am not good enough ?

Firefox keeps telling me about a VPN, but I cannot find this or any way to use which corresponds to what I see on the screen. Help says "sign in with a Mozilla account", but I don't know what this means. Sign into what? Looking at the Mozilla site there is no way to register or create an account or tell if I already have one. I've signed up to emails etc but find no difference when I use Firefox. It qualifies - verions and UK - what am I missing?

I have the latest Firefox update (150.0.1) and cannot get the free VPN on my desktop. I have it on my laptop and my wife has it on her laptop. Any thoughts how I can get it on my desktop. I am synced with my Mozilla account. Thanks.
