I am starting to use the new utility which allows me to group tabs. But I would like to see only the name of the group and not the whole list. How can I collapse the list of tabs which belong to a group leaving only the group name shown. Then with a click I should be able to see the corresponding list of tabs if I need it. Saving and closing a group is not a solution, as the group disappears from the Sidebar. Thank you for your help. Best regards Ray Ballisti [edited] @bluewin.ch Switzerland

This is making multiple "WARNING"s to appear. I believe that it is causing my DELL to shut down arbitrarily. How do I delete this ?

In the last few days, after some minutes of usage, parts of Firefox become unclickable:

- I can still click on tabs to change tabs. - When hovering over the cross button to close a tab, it changes appearance as it should. Clicking the button does nothing. Ctrl+w still closes the button. - Clicking on the address bar does nothing. - Cannot click on back, forward, refresh buttons. - Cannot click on any add-ons. - Cannot click on preferences. - Can click on the button to open a new tab. There, I can enter an address. Once the page has loaded, address bar becomes unclickable again. - Bookmarks toolbar is still working as expected. - Keyboard shortcuts (ctrl+t, ctrl-w, ctrl-l) still work as expected.

Hello. My untouched hyperlinks changed their color from darker blue to lighter. Visited hyperlinks remain as they always were, as far as I can tell.

My colors changed, seemingly randomly, to the attached screenshot

Another thing worth mentioning is that if I open a new private window, the colors are what I'm used to.

What can I do to revert the change? How could this happen?

Hello good people, I've been using the wonderful Review Checker tool for some time and love it! When I went to shop on Amazon today, it was not longer there. There was no price tag icon in the address bar of the item I was looking at, and so I was unable to turn it back on. So sad :( I would very much appreciate it if you could help me. The virtual keyboard on my HP OMNI 10 tablet has begun popping up at every touch of Firefox. This makes it almost impossible to use. Expected/normal behaviour is that when you touch web pages or any app., the keyboard stays out of the way while you move around. When you touch inside a textbox, the keyboard should pop up so you can type. Touch outside the textbox and the keyboard drops down. Now, ( since the start of May 2025 or so, I think), the keyboard pops up every time I touch the Firefox page, anywhere. This makes it almost impossible to use.

For example, on a Youtube video, I touch the video to start playing.... and the keyboard pops up, covering up the video! I have to touch the x to drop the keyboard down again. When I want to rewind or move forward, I touch the video to get the controls to appear and...the keyboard pops up, covering the video. I have to touch the x to drop the keyboard and by then the video controls have timed out and gone away again!

Right now, if I close the keyboard and touch this page outside the textbox, the keyboard pops up.

In Microsoft Edge the behaviour is normal and in an app., like Notepad, the keyboard only pops up if I touch inside Notepad.

By the way, I did all this typing once already but when you said you couldn't read my troubleshooting information automatically, I tried your manual steps, and that took me to another web page. When I came back to this page, all my typing was gone! Very annoying. please don't do that again.

I work for the Gwinn Area Community Schools, and this is my work computer. (As in, it has never been used for anything 'adult') I searched the term "call" in the search bar, and one of my suggestions was a little dicey. Yelp suggested, "call girl in Gwinn, MI" I just wanted to make sure you guys were aware, in case there are more edge cases like this that could be a lot worse. I would like to continue supporting Mozilla's funding initiatives, but I'm going to have to turn off sponsored suggestions if I get results worse than this.

I just made this Mozilla account to file this, so I was not signed in when this happened. I have searched call very frequently, as I am often adding students to our "call down" list. Not sure if the frequency would have had an impact. Happy to answer any other questions if needed!

Again, I don't think this one's a huge deal, but definitely something to keep an eye on! Thank you for all your work on the hands down best browser!!

Firefox just started, seemingly unprompted, replacing - > (without the space) with U+2192. Just visually, however, as moving the cursor left from the end of -> puts it between - and >. This only occurs in Firefox fields such as the url search bar, settings search, Ctrl+F search, and the fields in this form. All other forms unrelated to Firefox as a product or company seem to function as expected.

Started a couple days ago

Youtube works fine for everything, except when i try to watch a video, the rectangle where the video is supposed to be appears black during loading (normal) but then vanish.

checking the console i get a huge error that's just unreadable for me

it doesn't happen on edge, or in private navigation

turning every addon off doesn't fix the issue, and it does it even in "troubleshoot mode"

i haven't "refreshed" because i don't know what kind of data will be lost when i do that

When reading email messages the window is too wide for the Mac, therefore I am forced to scroll to the left to read my mail. how do i change the settings so that my email text wraps?

IME toggle not working in youtube chat on Firefox, even in troubleshoot mode. It works in all other applications including Chrome browser yet I prefer using Firefox so hope issue can be solved.

I am not sure - I was not expcting a question from you. I was filling a Micro soft question naire about the change to Windows 11, as that would ruin me, with myeyes, and I was filling their form, in which they asked me to give a contact addres s from a list, and there was yours in the list and I ticked it. That's all.

With my near blindness, I may have made some mistake in their quesitonaaire... if so could you please send this to Microsoft? With my contact details?!

I'm experiencing a strange issue with my website, https://www.hostgrap.com.

When I visit the site using Firefox, I get the following error:

Bad gateway Error code 502 Visit cloudflare.com for more information. 2025-05-14 04:02:47 UTC

Browser: Working Cloudflare: Working Host: Error

However, the same website works perfectly fine on other browsers like Chrome, Edge, and Safari.

Troubleshooting steps I’ve tried in Firefox:

Cleared cache and cookies Disabled all extensions Cleared DNS and HTTP cache via about:networking Checked proxy settings (set to system default) Tried Private Window Flushed system DNS Updated Firefox to the latest version

None of the above resolved the issue. The error appears consistently only in Firefox. I’m using Cloudflare for DNS and reverse proxy, and the server is working as expected for all other users/browsers.

Additional Info:

OS: Windows 10 Home Single Language Firefox Version: 138.0.3

This issue happens even after disabling all add-ons

No custom rules in Cloudflare specifically targeting Firefox or its user agent

Is there something Firefox-specific that could be triggering this behavior with Cloudflare or my server?

For unknown reasons I cannot load ATT mail or Myatt. I have turned off virus protection and adblock, same result. Not sure when this started. Windows 11 Home. Dell XPS desktop, i9,

My Mac shut down unexpectedly. Upon rebooting the newest version of Firefox - 138.0.1 was installed. All of my bookmarks have disappeared. I tried to restore from a backup but when I hit restore in the manage bookmarks window it says "choose file" but it lists no files to choose from. I found multiple backup files by accessing my Firefox profile via finder. However when I try to open them with Firefox it displays a blank page and nothing in the bookmarks tab. Is it possible that the bookmark files have also been deleted from the backups as well? If not, how do I transfer these files to the active bookmark tab in the menu bar other than using the restore function which offers no files to choose from?

Hi Forum! My Firefox is constantly (weekly) asking to update, even though we're on the latest version (right now we're on 138.0.1 (64-bit) I've reinstalled Firefox a couple times but the issue still persists. I'm not sure what my next steps would be.
