Stop with the codes since I am logged in on both devices. Used Firefox for years and years. You are about to lose a loyal client I think I've put in codes/ passwords in 4 different places just to sync my laptop and phone.

I added Firefox to my new laptop and needed to reset my password to login. I recognize a few of my old bookmarks at the top but all of my passwords and login information is gone and none of my old devices are showing up. I have never encountered this issue before, please help.

HI All Recently purchased a laptop and want to have FF sync with my desk top. I am signed in to both devices with the same account and have checked all settings on both and they are identical. Why are they not syncing?

After Firefox upgraded to the latest version, Google no longer opens up, bookmarked websites no longer have my username, password, or login account info, and do not recognize my account. Syncing caused all kinds of problems. I'm not happy with Firefox anymore and wish to remove it from my laptop . How do I do this? Sorry...I was once a happy camper. Barbara

My firefox app has recently stopped showing any synced tabs from my desktop at all after i open one of them. It will sync once briefly and I can open a single tab, but if I am trying to get multiple the sync page of the app is blank the second time I try.

I have had this issue happen before but usually it's just for a little while and fixes itself. It can be fixed by manually syncing both mobile and desktop simultaneously, but that requires me to be in front of both my phone and my home computer, defeating the point of being able to continue browsing at any time.

I have not been able to access my desktop tabs via my phone for almost a week now and it's getting extremely frustrating. I want to be able to leave my house and pull up what I was looking at on my computer without having to struggle for 10 minutes before leaving with ensuring the sync goes through.

When I manually sync on the mobile app, the sync button keeps spinning forever, I have let it run for about 25 minutes straight with no results. I have force closed the app to no luck. I have also tried closing and leaving it alone for hours and trying again with no results. This was not happening to me a week ago and I have not changed any settings on either device since the change started.

I'm not given the choice to STAY LOGGED IN and every time the system logs me out, I'm going through the motions of restoring my bookmarks. Isn't there a way Mozilla could fix this by allowing the bookmarks to be restored to the last login or give the user the choice to stay logged in? Better yet, DO BOTH. You know your the ONLY web browser that I've ever used that fails to do this. I'm sure their are dozens of programmers that could spend 30 minutes coding this into program. A few lines of code or a HOOK to fix this.

I stopped using Firefox on my desktop and began using Edge until it was necessary to have a Microsoft account for it to fully function. Then and only then I returned to Firefox.

Help us out here people. This is a real "rock in the shoe" issue.

My payment info is synced across multiple devices (desktop and Android) except for one device - so I added a card manually. Now I have two of the same card across all the other devices. How do I recalibrate this so everything is in sync?

Press continue, the pop-up still appear and the sign-in was false positive.

I have been facing an issue that I want to completely delete all of the bookmarks associated with Mozilla Firefox. Manually deleting them works temporarily, however, they return to the bookmarks bar upon reinstalling Firefox and logging on to my account

I have already tried deleting my Mozilla account completely and used RevoUninstaller to delete all and any Firefox files from my system (done this to one of my computers). Still, the bookmarks return when I reinstall Firefox and log in to my account. I have also tried not syncing with other browsers, and the bookmarks still return when I log in to the Firefox account.

This persistence is annoying, because I really would like my bookmarks data from Firefox to be completely wiped out, but it seems that they are returning even upon account deletion (I created a new account using the same old e-mail).

Could someone please help me with this issue?

For some reason, when I try to sync all my stuff from my desktop Win 11 firefox/duckduckgo system, to my new Win 11 laptop, the only option I can get is to sync with a mobile device.

I had no trouble doing this some months ago with another laptop, but this time I cannot find how to do this after trying for over an hour . . . . . .

Has anything been changed that won't allow syncing with another 'big' device, please?

Today, 17Sept2026 I want to synchronize my bookmarks, extension and profile data to a new Laptop. From Profiles I see more than one default backup. Says Sync not working for my version of Firefox for one help page, but Syc is ON from Account and Syc. Everything went automatically on old Laptop. Give procedure or page to do this on new machine. From this PC I see multiple "Default" profiles. Which to use? Or does this happen automatically if both machines are on? The latest is Today, updating every few seconds

I discovered that my android application was no more synced. I follow the procedure until Firefox must normally send me a code to my email address. The address indicated is correct but i never get this code. I try this 2 or 3 times before contacting you. Could you help me and verify if this process is well working ?

Dear Sir I had Firefox on my Sony mobile phone for quite long years, I deleted it by mistake today, how can I get it back. My Sony mobile phone is Android 7 . I tried to recover it from my computer and I got QR CODE I took a picture then do not know how to do after that. Can you please help. Thank you. Louise.

Why is it when I'm not signed in to my Firefox accounts on both my laptop computers or syncing is turned off, do my Icons change from say Facebook icon to world Globe Icon (Default).

Computer 1 has Facebook Icon(Water Landscape) Computer 2 has the World Globe for Facebook Icon. (M&M Candy)

When I delete World Globe Icon on #2 and replace it with Facebook Icon, it switches my Icon on #1 to the World Globe Icon. Also, it changes the alignment of my Icons on my desktop as well, rearranges them, put it in a different spots. This has never happened before for over 8 years, now all of a sudden, here we go and I am not sure how to stop this.
