Once I move an e-mail to a folder I cannot access it. I click all over the place but am not able to open e-mail folders

It might help if you indicate which mail site you are having a problem with, for example, Gmail, Yahoo! mail, Windows Live Hotmail or another site. (Or if the problem is in Thunderbird, we can refer you to Thunderbird support.)
