"page down" button does not respond: need to use mouse to browse: firefox only.

Page down and page up buttons have stopped responding when using firefox. they are fine for internal pc work and also google chrome

You may have switched on caret browsing.

You can press press F7 (on Mac: fn + F7) to toggle caret browsing on/off.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced : General: Accessibility: [ ] "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages"
