In Firefox 4 can I show the bookmarks menu continuously?

I can see the bookmarks when I click on the icon or select from the Firefox drop-down, but I want the bookmarks menu to display continuously as it did in previous versions.

Ctrl+B toggles the Bookmarks Sidebar to open/close on the left side of the Firefox display.

Right-click up by the Home button (right underneath the close "X" in the right top corner) and click on "Bookmarks Toolbar".

On the right-hand side, right under your homepage icon, click on Bookmarks and make sure that "View Bookmarks Toolbar" is checked.

Then dump all of your bookmarks into the Bookmarks Toolbar.
