I switched from IE to Firefox a week ago. I too cannot pay online bills now. Only some are affected, but it's a major pain now, since they do not do paper bills ("We have gone green!"). I see nothing blocked, I have 9.0, and have checked everything I can think of. I also do not firewall under tools menu.  ????
