Firefox stalls on webmail signon password prompt and will no longer sign on to my email

1brogers

Hi, Win 7 and 115.43.1 Firefox ESR

I cannot access Rogers/Yahoo webmail,

I HAVE been able to access it for several years but all of a sudden three days ago I cannot.

I go to yahoo login page, enter my email address (but which looks "faded" once entered) and press "continue" but it cycles endlessly trying to display the password entry page

https://account.rogersmembercentre.com/?from_ts=myrogersidp_withoutcompleteuri&pid=userless&aid=eas&sid=966d65df-608c-48c7-a85f-30d18dfed88c&hostname=https:%2F%2Frogers-prd.transmit.security&brand=yahoo&platform=web&ui_locales=en&csmID=ef6f314d-017c-4cfc-8d9f-ad42cfa797c0&prompt=login

It will cycle for quite some time (hours?) before eventually timing out.

I can access this website via another browser, Other emails with the same domain behave the same.

I have: - cleared cookies and cache - rebooted gateway modem - router - pc all to no avail

no anti virus other than malwarebytes no known changes to PC config has previously worked fine for many years.
