Copy text (Ctrl-C or context menu) not working
This is actually the same in Firefox, and both only since today, working fine before:
Typing Ctrl-C does nothing, Ctrl-X deletes whatever is selected, but it does not end up in the clipboard. In fact, if the clipboard contains something, it will be removed (Win-V still shows it, but it can no longer be pasted). When copying from somewhere else, pasting with Ctrl-V works.
AFAICT, no issues with any other programs.
Latest versions of FF (151.0.2) and Thunderbird (151.0.1), on Windows 10.
What could be wrong?
Thanks, Ralf

Just now there was a new update for FF, 151.0.3, second update today, and now copying is working again!
... and now it's broken again.
Today is 9/30/26, I can no longer copy and paste. I have done everything that was suggested off of AI and nothing is working. I can go to Spectrum account and I can do this feature. What's up
If copy and paste is not working in Firefox or other browsers, try to update your browser, if the issue continue after the update, you can try these simple fixes:
1. Restart your browser: Close Firefox completely and open it again. 2. Try keyboard shortcuts: Use Ctrl + C to copy and Ctrl + V to paste. 3. Test another website: Check whether copying works on other websites. 4. Disable browser extensions: Some extensions can interfere with copying and pasting. Disable them temporarily and try again. 5. Clear your browser cache: Clear cached files, restart your browser, and test again. 6. Try Troubleshoot Mode: In Firefox, open the menu, select Help, then Troubleshoot Mode, and restart. 7. Restart your computer: This can help if the problem is caused by a temporary system issue.
