Why is a little black box showing up every few minutes asking me to sign into Mozilla. It just started doing this recently. How do I get rid of it?

Why is a little black box showing up every few minutes asking me to sign into Mozilla. It just started doing this recently. How do I get rid of it? It says to use my main password which I assume is the one I use to access my computer. It doesn't work. When I hit cancel it goes away, but pops up a few minutes later. It is very annoying.

Can you attach a screenshot of this issue? The main password doesn't seem to be the OS password. It sounds like our primary password, see Use a Primary Password to protect stored logins and passwords. Is it this one?

I have attached a picture. I do not have any prime password that i can find.
