How to disable animations in new UI?

I know I will probably have to live with that (nonsense) new UI. But how to at least disable UI animations, so that the new menu appears immediately when I open it? I have reduced animations enabled in Android settings but firefox doesn't honor it.

Hi deveee,

Can you share how the animation looks like by sharing a short video recording? Otherwise, let me know how to trigger the animation so I know exactly what you're referring to.
