Menu does not appear
I want to use Firefox password manager. The Mozilla page says to go to the menu bar three horizontal lines. However, the menu bars do not appear when I am in Firefox. What can I do to reach it. I am on an iPad

It sounds like you're looking for the desktop version of the menu, so for your iPad:
At the bottom of the screen, tap the menu button (the menu will be at the top right if you're using an iPad):
Tap Settings in the menu panel.
Select Autofills & Passwords.
