I performed a clean install of windows 11 and forgot to back up my POP account. Is there anyway to recover my contacts? anything in addition to that would be great. But it was a POP account. I am willing to buy the recovery software or pay someone to get this back. Thanks

The contacts would have been in a file named abook.sqlite, locally stored on the PC. If you have any backup of the profile, that file could be extracted.
