I just installed Linux Mint. I am new to Linux. Firefox came with it. In the Firefox help/about, I see that updates have been disabled by your organization. I am just a single user. There should bot be any enterprise policy applicable. Why did I get this and how to get rid of it?

Any help appreciated.

That says organization, not enterprise, and it refers to ubuntu/debian, the basis for mint. Some linux distros customize firefox installs which differ in the locations of files and such from what mozilla does. Like anything linux, there are a lot of different ways to accomplish the same thing - you get to choose what way you want. debian has been around a long time and has its own setups but you don't really have to pay attention to either mozilla or debian.
