I have depended and supported the use of firefox as my default browser. I have always backed up my extremely large bookmark file in html. yesterday I went to use brouser and my toolbar and bookmarks were gone. after wasting most of my day trying to retreave them. I have tried to import from html file, other browser. I keep getting error message. says cause is file being used by something else. i have tried uninstall reinstall, system restore, disabling all virus protection.plus more. I have had to use edge and chrome!!!!! AHHHH need a solution.
