Hi Vinod,

Welcome to Sumo, Having trouble with government sites on Firefox while you're logged in?

Try this:

  • Clear Firefox's junk: Go to History, clear recent history, choose "everything," and make sure cookies and cache are checked. Restart Firefox.
  • Try a fresh window: Open a "New Private Window" and see if the site works there.
  • Check your add-ons: Type about:addons in Firefox, go to "Extensions," and try turning them off one by one to see if that helps.
  • Update Firefox: Go to Help, then "About Firefox" to make sure it's the latest version.
  • Check your date/time: Make sure your computer's date and time are correct.
  • Maybe turn off your antivirus/firewall for a sec: Just to test if they're blocking it (remember to turn them back on!).

Which government website is giving you trouble? Any error messages popping up? Let me know!

Robby
