i download a few addons and i can not put them in the tool bar, i think i've tried everything ??

how do i get some addons i downloaded to move up to a tool bar where i can use them when needed ? a few i would like to put up there are, ohms law calculator ,web xr api emulator , flash player forever , antiscammer the tool bar i up loaded below is where i would like them put ;;i hope this makes since to you, thank you
