Firefox Inbuilt Narrator

Firefox does not appear to be equipped with an inbuilt narrator. Microsoft Edge seems to have a read-aloud narrator. Is it possible to update Firefox with an built-in narrator? it might be good to add one to waterfox as well.

In Firefox there is a read-aloud option in a reader view.
