I don't know if that info is stored anywhere, but to disconnect a device on your account, go to:

https://accounts.firefox.com/settings#connected-services

You probably need to change your password, too.

I wonder if an failed attempt to sign in on the Mozilla account may be recorded as a possible sign in.
