Can you show us the issue? Did you try Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf The site works for me. see screenshot

Loading stalls on a spinning wheel for me if I have WebGL disabled (webgl.disabled set to true in about:config) but otherwise it works with hardened settings.

Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile.

sorry for the delay - enabling webgl took care of the issue. I just hated to see edge do anything that firefox wouldnt. I wonder if sears knows or cares that a major browser may not run their site? :)
