Thunderbird - creating a mailing list

Help instructions do not correspond to the options in the program: 

  "Open the Address Book.
   Select File > New > Mailing List."

The only way to open the Address Book is from the Tools menu; it shows: 

  "All Address Books
   Personal Address Book
   Contacts
   Collected Addresses"

Whichever of these is highlighted, the New menu offers no Mailing List option. (I seem to be using Version 102 / Linux)

There is a "New List" button at the top of the Address Book window.
