Loading previopus bookmarks when changing operationg system

I recently migrated from windows 7 to windows 10 and I logged in to my account expecting to get all the things I had saved in the previous browser to this one but I still can't find any of the stuff I had on firefox on the previous PC, even after the log in. I can´t access the old pc now but I had all of the bookmarks passwords everything synced on the old PC. How can I get them back ?
