Have download my yahoo mails to thunderbird. Inbox has been perfectly downloaded but sent emails and the subfolders are completely empty (have not been imported). How can I import them?

What are you trying to achieve in the first place?

What is the account type - POP or IMAP?

Hello Christ1, firstly thanks for your help. I am trying to use Thunderbird to back up my yahoo Mail account (20 years of emails...). My Yahoo Mail browser uses IMAP.

Have downloaded all the inbox but the sent mails and the subfolders have not been downloaded. Could you help me?

Are you saying messages in those folders exist, but no offline copy has been downloaded? In Thunderbird speak this is cold 'Synchronization', and you may need to turn it on manually for each folder you want to backup. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/imap-synchronization

Or are these folders missing entirely? Then you may need to subscribe to them first. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1256675#answer-1214612
