Hi there, I've downloaded Firefox but I only seem to have the disc image, how to I get the app to open? It's in my applications file. I have a MacBook Pro with High Sierra version 10.13.6 OS. Many thanks in advance. Best regards, Anna Daley

Macs: Make sure you install Firefox properly and that you do not run Firefox from within the DMG (Disk Images) file. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac

Thanks for your reply - but how do I install it 'properly'? Even when I put the download in the applications file, when I click on it I just get the image and nothing else. Many thanks in advance. Anna Daley

I don't know Macs and called for more help.
