Is it possible to save anything Firefox already downloaded? Currently all the “save” buttons seem to mean “download”; even the “view source” button makes additional request which may fail or even redirect (so e.g. clicking that on http://a.b/c may led one to view-source:http://d.e/f if the former page became a redirect in the meantime)
