I tried to login to a site where I had forgotten a password. I got a firefox message offering help. I didn't know about the logins and passwords page. It popped up with hundreds of usernames and passwords from my wife. She doesn't use this computer. She doesn't use firefox. She did use it a few years ago. I just spent over an hour deleting her stuff. She was shocked that I had access to her paypal login and password etc.

Anybody help how I got this data? How are you supposed to protect yourself?

Why is it difficult to find the logout?

Firefox can create a user profile for each account on the computer. Sharing this data is not possible unless you are using sync.
