Dashland extension used to work

I have been using Firefox with Dashlane extension your years now, but recently Dashlane stopped working properly. I removed the extension and reinstalled it from Dashlane - or so I thought. It does not show up in extensions (add-ons) and is not listed on Firefox extensions page. What happened? how do I get this to work? I am running Windows 10 with latest updates. I will switch browsers before I change password managers. Thanks in advance for any help.
