OS: Ubuntu 16.04, FF 60.8.0esr, I had to reinstall my OS, after re-install, I noticed whenever I close FF, it plays a drum beat just like when login to Ubuntu, I don't remember this feature in my previous install, How can I disable it? It's very annoying. ps: I'm using 60.8.0esr because newer version does not work in some of the sites that I use.

Hi

I use Xubuntu 18.04 and have heard the same sound (though not with Firefox). It is system sound from Ubuntu that plays to make you aware of a warning or error message in Ubuntu.

Is there any message box open from Ubuntu?

Well, actually I've set FF to warn me when closing multiple tabs, so technically yes, there's one message box notifying me that I'm closing multiple tabs. But if it's system, there should be a way to disable it. Have you figured out how to disable it?
