local directery does not show folders in TB
I have 4 e-mail-addesses - 3 works OK the last one lost all the folders on the left except inbox and trash. I have more than one copy of these folders so I am not worried I will lose them. My worry is how do I get them back? I have tried copy to a different place on the hard-drive. I renamed the folder, then all folders was visible for one second, but disappeared again. After this the folders have never been visible, regardless of name-change or if they have been moved on the HDD, renamed or reentered another place with the "local directory". All 4 e-mails with all the folders work on another Laptop running the same Windows and TB version. (60.3.0.(32 bit) It looks like if I change the local directory the TB remember some previously position and does not show the new position I enter? Do I have to remove TB from my laptop and reinstal? I tried this but the TB remembered last position it looks like, so this did not help - maybe I have to delete TBs memory compleatly? The other 3 is showing all folders, can anyone help? THanks...

Hi again! I deleted all folders from the HDD and copy back from the other laptop - and then all folders came back and was displayed in TB. So now I am back to normal - as I am using POP. I think I will stay with POP and not use IMAP - Thanks for the tip!

I guess you have connectivity issues. For IMAP accounts that is the most common cause of mail folders disappearing. For some reason folk cancel the account and think the mail will just sit there, forgetting that it is synchronized to a server they no longer have an account on.
Hi Thanks - looks like that might have happened. Is there a way for me to get TB to display the folders again? The folders I know is on my HDD. I changed back to POP but that made no change, so how can I get TB to show my folders again? Thanks.
