Getting error message when trying to send e-mail to 2 specific addresses [d******@tdsmail.com] and [w******@tdsmail.com. Message come from MAILER-DAEMON@imta-38.everyone.net. Message reads: "The original message was received at Thu, 20 Sep 2018 14:40:00 -0700 from m0004961.ppops.net [127.0.0.1]

These are the only addresses I have this issue with. Thoughts?

So your sending server is blocked from sending mail to that server. Contact your provider with the exact error message and they will have to do something about having the IP address removed from the blocklist.

A server can be blocklisted because some user of the server is sending spam, or it could be because you are sending spam. Exactly how you get on with your mail provider will depend on the cause of the listing.
