firefox does not run on mach osx 10.13.6: first launch... nope !

Firefox 60.1.0 downloaded installed by drag/drop into Application folder. Then double click on icon to run it: a windows appear asking I I want run it. Click OK....... nothing happens. (on the Dock the Firefox icon appears for one second, then disappears)

Did the 4th item listed there appear? IOW, the Eject "Firefox" item?

Still Firefox does not run. Also Activity Monitor shows that Firefox App is not running
