why does saved passwords Check box keep turning off?

I turn on my computer and check my privacy & security acct. Password box is always turned off. I check it back on and the next time I load up Firefox and go to Privacy & security acct it is unchecked again.

If you have the "Trend Micro Password Manager" installed then uninstall this application via the Windows Control Panel.
