Firefox Quantum deleted all my bookmarks and then Sync, synced up this new set across my devices.

What has Firefox Quantum done to my bookmarks? One minute they were there, the next they're gone. Individual bookmarks still there - anything in a folder - gone.

I hit sync now to get them back and all this did was sync the "updated" set on my computer to all my other devices essentially deleting all existence of them. If I hadn't had an Xmarks account they would all be gone and I cannot even begin to express how that would have affected me personally and professionally. Can I trust this product any more?
