Can't find Permanent Files after downloading latest version of Thunderbird

Often transferred important files to "Permanent Files " section shown in left hand pane. After downloading latest version of Thunderbird this is no longer present. Where are my "Permanent Files" please?

I'm sorry, maybe I don't know or use all the features of TB.

What is Permanent Files? Is it a TB feature or maybe it is a folder in your IMAP server? Can you attach a screenshot please?
