Only displays 1/2 page. minute or more later displays rest of page?

1) On emails and web sites displays 1/4 to 1/2 page. After waiting about 1 minutes, displays balance of page. 2) on access to Credit Union displays page, then goes blank. Have to resend page request to display data. CU says to check Firefox about for rev level of 24 or greater. I cannot locate about on Firefox.

I am about to go to different browser as most information is not geared to non-literate software person and some directions on Firefox suggestions are for those who know programming, not the general public

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
