I've set up an email through GoDaddy/Office email; works fine ONLY on 2 Android phones. I've tried a few times-TB-always getting an error msg re: PWord or UName

I've tried several times; changing the PW, even reloading, but TB persistently gives me an error message pointing at Username/Password. It works fine on 2 Android phones. I even did a complete factory reset one of the phones to try and catch some dis-similarity in the settings, but I ensure they are exactly the same, but TB always gives me the same error -- that seems to be the only thing that's without fail! I can do much with my phones, but I need a full keyboard sometimes and I do NOT use Outlook (although I've had a similar situation that DID work with MS -- ya never know what MS may do to force one into their products -- so I refuse!) Does anyone have similar experiences/fixes?

Office? As in Microsoft Office?

Your phone may have a customized client that knows the Microsoft protocol. Native Thunderbird requires POP/IMAP and SMTP. Have these been enabled?

I have had to use EWS and DavMail in the past - there is also Exquilla, all of which can be used to allow Thunderbird to work with an Exchange (Office) server.
