I recently had to factory reset my phone, meaning ALL data on the phone was supposedly deleted, yet when I try to reinstall Firefox it says it's ALREADY installed and won't let me proceed. WHY is this happening, and is there a way to solve it? Eg, can I DOWNLOAD the installer to my phone for installation?

Have you tried to update the app on your phone? I recently purchased a new phone, and what I needed to do was update all the apps from Google play onto my phone. The play site just treated my phone like it needed to be updated. Hope this helped.
