Why can't I access some websites, which report "waiting for encrypted google.com?"

I can access a partial webpage, but not enter it, as it reports "waiting for encrypted google.com." I can access these websites with Internet Explorer, but not Firefox.

In the newest Firefox, some security protocols were disabled. But some web sites are still using them.
