Issue updating my browser
Im having an issue updating my browser on my windows 7 laptop and the version its stuck on is 28 please help

Not sure if you would get internal Firefox updates from such an old version (released back March 18, 2014) to the latest Firefox version you can run on the old EOL Windows 7 which is Firefox 115 ESR currently at 115.34.0esr.
Firefox 116.0 to current requires Windows 10, 11 to run.
You can download the full offline setup of current Firefox 115 ESR at https://www.firefox.com//download/all/desktop-esr/ > Pick 64-bit or 32-bit depending on whether you have 64-bit or 32-bit Windows 7 > Language > then click on [Download ESR 115}
