What part of getting Firefox to stop asking me to do it again,again. I am asking; twice. It makes me nervous I am doing it wrong. I don't want to loose what used to be one of the few things i (well not right now) Firefox is becoming like Microsoft. I don't want to cave in, I will not ever do something if no, or have no alternative now. The only thing now is your version of Microsoft isn't as bad as Apple is not as bad as Android is better than pen and paper is better than a rock and a sharper. What is the worst are features i don't want, can't understand, and will be replaced if I get to work. I would pay to get rid of Edge. I am being told to select the Cloud to protect against Microsoft damaging or loose and pay a soon to be bribe of however much they increase it to: IN ADVANCE.

FF is offering up possible login names for a particular site I have used previously even though I have removed all related browsing history, form data, and cookies (and cleared the cache). What am I missing? Is it using stored history for unrelated sites to guess at a user name, or is there some other hidden history I need to clear?

When I click to fill in a Credit Card field to pay for something, my correct card info appears momentarily, but then disappears. To execute a payment, I am forced to manually fill in all required information. I made sure the "save autofill" box was properly checked in the Settings, and it was. Names, addressed, etc. are all filled in properly; only credit card info is not.

Since last update...the reaction emojis on Facebook are blacked out. The entire bar of emojis are not visible. It is all black. Yet the words are visible when hovered over. There seems to be nothing wrong with the FB site and it has been suggested it could be the browser. So if you have any reports of glitches like this ...would be nice if you could fix. Firefox keeps suddenly crashing, I have reset Firefox, deleted it and reinstalled it, I have used DISM and SFC to repair any issues and I have set up a new profile within Firefox with no extensions, but still I have the same issue, either tabs suddenly crash or the whole Firefox does.

I run the current version of Firefox (152.01) under Windows 11 Pro on a Dell Inspiron 15-3530 laptop. More and more frequently, I'm getting "Access Denied" messages when I click on a site link t56o an internal page. This happens on several sites, most notably Dell.com. I get the error in Troubleshooting Mode, and clearing the cache doesn't help. I've searched the information here, but all the responses seem to involve Windows 7 or Windows 8, not Windows 11. Can someone tell me how to resolve this situation in Windows 11?

Has Firefox instituted a security setting that is interfering with commerce-related sites? Suddenly I can't log in to my credit union (gets stuck on "authentication" step), amazon.com (endless "transferring data" message during login attempt), and mutual fund sites (similar to amazon.com experience). These all are related to money/commerce. I've turned off Firefox's popup blocking and even explicitly allowed cookies for the sites. I did a Refresh to get rid of extensions that might be causing problems (even though there wasn't a problem a week ago on these sites). I've tried Firefox on a second computer for the credit union site and got the same behavior. Chrome has no problem with these logins, by the way.

Hello, I am facing a very strange and frustrating issue with my website https://biografieblick.de/, and it is only happening on the firefox browser other browsers like chrome, edge or safari are loading the site perfectly fine. The Issue is it occurs occasionally, Yeahh IDK why. When I try to visit my site, Firefox gets stuck on a screen that says "Checking if the site connection is secure" and it looks like an loop sometimes.

This looks exactly like a cloudflare turnstile loop but I am NOT using cloudflare. I have double checked my DNS records and explicitly confirmed this with my web hosting provider. This block only triggers when using firefox.

For the past few days when trying to use Google search on Firefox I get this message:

"Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen?"

Then it makes me jump through several hoops to do a search on google.

This is a Firefox specific message as I can switch to Safari and there is no roadblock.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Any way to resolve?

Why this is a Firefox issue and not other browsers?

yesterday i could not sign into my windows 11 AOL email because it kept returning me to sign in and asking for verification and more options to sign in this is the first time that this problem has occured including when i used windows 7 and windows 10 this problem only occurs in Firefox and i can sign in to my AOL email in Google Chrome

I'm suddenly getting repeated/multiple Mozilla Firefox "Browser Alerts", "System Warnings," and "McAfee Critical Virus Alerts" that are wrong and dysfunctional. They pop up every few seconds. They contain "Remove virus now" and "quick scan" buttons, but these only take me to a bright red screen that says:

"Deceptive site ahead Firefox blocked this page because it may trick you into doing something dangerous like installing software or revealing personal information like passwords or credit cards."

These come even though I haven't tried to access any "deceptive sites." I have to x all of them out to clear my screen.

There's obviously a defect in your warning system. How do I stop this?

I've noticed on some website when I put in my username and password for the first time I don't get a drop-down box to save my credentials. I have saved several hundred credentials this way, but some sites don't initiate the drop-down. I have checked manage exceptions, but I have no exceptions I don't see a way to force the save. Any ideas how to save them without keeper a list someplace else.

Those instructions don't work and I'm sick of spending so much time on this problem these days.

Now thinking it happens after an update, which is a problem because they seem to come just days apart. None of the solutions offered works because right-clicking on the top doesn't do anything. Nor does going into the settings in the app on my laptop or online. I've downloaded and installed the latest version of Firefox more than once in the recent past. I've also shut down my laptop and rebooted. Nothing works. It's extremely annoying not to be able to access the features that I use *all the time*! day. I'm using a laptop with updated Windows 11.
