trying to log into yahoo mail, but it won't accept password, when I go through the process of changing my password, I am told that I need to change to 'outlook express', when I try to do this using the auto setting, I get error message saying the I need to enable 'Active-X, and to do so, go to 'Tools', 'Internet Options' but there is no internet options? I can no longer access my e-mails.

Everything you describe is very strange. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? There's a chance you're actually looking at a scam site.

If you click the "I can't access my account" link below the login form, that takes you to a guide that lets you reset your password. You just need to answer your secret question, or otherwise verify your identity.

ActiveX is specific to Internet Explorer, as is the Tools → Internet Options menu path. Firefox has Tools → Options instead.

It looks like you're using Windows Vista. There's no Outlook Express in Vista; you should have Windows Mail instead. Regardless, I don't see what an e-mail client has to do with changing your Yahoo password.
