My laptop will not connect to firefox as my browser using my lg adroid as adaptor hotspot. Says windows can not find firefox on my computer.

The connection is extremely slow and will not connect to firefox. It will not connect to yahoo.com as my homepage. But it will connect to facebook. My LG-MS770_991 is my portable hotspot and is wi-fi configured. Cell phone provider is MetroPcs.

Please update to version 24.0 when you have the chance. Please also check with another browser to see if you can reproduce the issue.
