How can I track what my employee is looking at in private browsing?

An employee of mine is constantly using Private Browsing, and considering the rest of my staff uses the regular browser, I'm finding it quite suspicious. Please inform me how I can track the pages he is visiting as all of the history is deleted when he uses Private Browsing. Thanks for your time.
